  Page display in default theme is wrong

Bug description:
  Dear Mahara developers,

  Our institution uses Mahara 15.10 and we use the default theme of
  Mahara. However, we find some bugs of page layout in the theme,
  especially in the image gallery, heading banner and zip file editing.
  The attachment is a detailed explanation of the bug with screen shots.
  I would be grateful if you could fix the bugs as soon as possible.
