  Can not edit a "BAD LINK PROVIDED" item in "Configure site"/"Menu"

  Version: master (1.10), 1.9, 1.8, 1.7
  Browsers: FF and Chrome
  Platform: any

  After enter an  "BAD LINK PROVIDED"  menu item, when click the 'Edit'
  button, I see another add form. See the attached image
