  Google presentation broken in Google Apps block

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  tested on 1.6 demo.mahara.org

  Google's URL for presentations changed yet again with the new Google
  Drive layout breaking the Google Apps block code.

  The URL for new presentations starts with
  https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/ whereas the old URL base was
  https://docs.google.com/present/embed

  Note: Some people are still on the old presentation app, but should be
  migrated over soon.

  Nothing needs to change for the external content block because Google
  links aren't in there by default.
