  Unusable text editor in Safari

Status in Mahara:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Having issues with the text editor not being displayed properly in the
  newest version of Safari 9.0. (Screenshot attached)

  I'm on:
  - Mahara 15.04.1
  - OSX El Capitan 
  - Safari 9.0
