We changed "Titled" to "Note title" but left "Contained in" as it is to
not make the header longer esp. on small devices and other languages.

  Hi there,

  Would it be possible to get the titles for some of the headings
  changed within the notes area. The change would be in
  {MaharaRoot}/artefact/internal/lang/en.utf8/artefact.internal.php
  changing

  Line 121: $string['containedin'] = "Contained in"; to "Contained in
  pages"

  and

  Line 122: $string['currenttitle'] = "Titled"; to "Note title"
