  The texte "Image formatting options" is not translable

Bug description:
  When inserting a new image in a text, a dialog comes up on screen to
  select a  file and also add some parameters to the image before
  insertion.

  It seems that the text "Image fomatting options" is not in the lang
  pack and thus not translable.
