When pages are very long and in a collection, you need to go all the way
up again to navigate to a different page. It would be good if there was
a collection navigation also at the bottom. From a mock-up it looked
like "Previous" and "Next" icons and the individual pages in between.

I wouldn't put the entire big collection navigation at the bottom. We
could probably look into something like the pager but instead of only
showing a few results as numbers show them all because collections
generally don't have hundreds of pages. Or show all results up to 20 and
then jump links.
