Title:
  Auto-scale non video.js videos to the width of the "Embedded media"
  block

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  Since Mahara 16.04dev we have Video.js and Aaron managed to scale the
  video automatically to the width of the "Embedded media" block. The
  same should be done for the videos that aren't served via Video.js so
  that they scale correctly when moving to different screen sizes.
