  Buttons for first comment in "Comments" block sit incorrectly

Bug description:
  Mahara 15.10+

  When you place the "Comments" block onto a page, the buttons in the
  first comment don't sit where all the other buttons for subsequent
  comments sit, but overlap with the text (see screenshot).

  This is only the case when viewed on a computer. In responsive mode on
  a small tablet or smartphone it looks fine as the buttons behave
  differently there.
