  blocktype: textbox and Image

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
                                                      Mahara 1.9
  Dear Team,

  While testing Mahara 1.9 on TABLET, we noticed some bugs with block
  type: textbox and image.

  Steps to recreate the test:

  1) Create/ Edit a page

  2) Click 'EDIT CONTENT'

  3) Click on 'Text box' or 'Image' (Does not work)

  Now,

  1) Click on 'Image' under Media 
      
      OR

  2) Click on 'Textbox' under 'General'

  and

  3) Click on 'Textbox' or 'Image' blocktype.  This time, it will work.
