Bug 1572356: Allow images to show preview in modal

When on a filelist to help users work out which image they want. This
can be useful if the image thumb compositions look quite similar

Bug description:
  On the file list page allow the clicking of an image's name to display
  a larger preview of the image in a modal to allow people to make sure
  they are choosing the correct image as the thumbnail can be no use if
  one has many images of similar composition
