Title:
  Field with error is not highlighted on profile wall

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  Steps to replicate:

  * Login as a user
  * Navigate to Portfolio > Profile Page
  * Post more than 1500 symbols to the wall message.

  Issue 1: Expected: error is displayed on the fly before the massage
  submitted

  * Click Post button
  * See the message "There was an error with submitting this form. Please check the marked fields and try again."

  Issue 2: But the field is not highlighted. And it's not clear what is
  wrong.
