Bug description:
  I'm seeing a lot of comments on Bug 1560317 and on Launchpad, from
  people who get the "urlsecret" error message and have no idea what it
  means.

  It would probably be helpful to add some documentation of it into
  config-dist.php, and into the upgrade instructions in the README, as
  well as adding it to the FAQ on the wiki.
