On a new Mahara install, when you go to:

* Siteadmin > Configure Site > Collections > New collection


Enter the collection name and click Next.

A mysterious 'Untitled' page appears in the list of pages to select from
- Even though no site pages have been created.

It still appears when site pages are created.

Probably the same fix as per bug:
