Public bug reported:

Content in External Media block from Embedly does not appear on user
profile page but will work on other pages created. Displays fine in edit
mode but disappears in display mode. Tested with Dropbox and Soundcloud
links.

Tested on my 16.04.01 dev (Ubuntu 14.04, Apache 2.4, Postgres) and the
Mahara demo site.
