Message #36669
[Bug 1591760] Re: The link "Move to undefined" should not be displayed
To replicate:
1. Go to "Content -> Files"
2. Create a folder called "Folder 1"
3. Click on "Folder 1"'s name to navigate into Folder 1. You should now see "Home / Folder 1" at the top of the file list.
4. In Folder 1, create a folder called "Folder 2"
5. Click on the folder icon of "Folder 2"
6. This will expose the accessibility menu for moving Folder 2 to a different location without dragging and dropping.
Expected result: The options available should be "Move to Parent folder"
and "Cancel".
Actual result: The options available are "Move to undefined", "Move to
Parent folder", and "Cancel"

Bug description:
Version: master (16.10)
Reported in https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=7624
When I clicked an icon of a file in a sub folder, I saw the link "Move to undefined".
This link is redundant.
