Bug 1605170: $view->get_artefact_instances() not working

It is meant to return artefact instances but was missing the plugin name

behatnotneeded: Testing with phpunit instead

Bug description:
  It is broken as it doesn't have the plugin value passed in as part of
  the array.

  Been broken for a while by the looks of things
