  Update Elastica library to 2.3.1

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The current version of Elastica is 2.0.0, we should update it to 2.3.1
  as it has lots of bug fixes and support for newer Elasticsearch
  1.7.3+.
