  Bulk delete doesnt work on safari

Bug description:
  Version 16.04 and 16.10

  Browser : safari

  Steps to reproduce:

  1) Add few users as site administrators
  2) Login as site administrator
  3) Try to self-delete(site-administrator) the along with another users

  Expected Result: An error message should be displayed. Related to

  Actual result: When trying to delete the users it stays on the page
  and does nothing
