  Changes while saving the cover letter doesnt show up

Bug description:
  Version 16.04 & 16.10

  Browser: All possible browsers

  Steps to Reproduce:

  1) Navigate to content>Resume
  2) Edit the cover letter and add some text into it and click on save
  3) Now again click on edit and add few more content into cover letter
  4) fill in the personal information 
  4) Now click on the save button which is at the  bottom of the page

  Expected result: The edited content for the covering letter should be displayed
  Actual result: Content of the covering letter is not displayed.
