  Search crashes with the national letter

Status in Mahara:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Search for users by clicking on the initials of their first and last
  names not working with national letter. For example with Lithuanian
  language pack.

  Message of error:

  "Mahara: Invalid Parameter
  A required parameter is missing or malformed

  The 'f' parameter is not alphabetical only "
