Title:
  Fresh install of Mahara 1.9 creates 2 keywords automatically

Status in Mahara:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have installed a fresh 1.9dev.

  I have added two institutions and then have deleted one.

  I have uploaded a file into my personal file zone

  When I am editing the file preferences to add a key word I notice that
  one keyword already exist :

    lastinstitution:<name of the institution I have deleted>

  with the information that (2) occurrences of this keyword exist, but I
  am not able to find them.

  I don't think this feature is documented somewhere, is I am right, it
  should be.
