  Retract block feature breaks embedded youtube videos on iOS

Bug description:
  Mahara 1.8.1
  iOS 7
  iPad

  To replicate:

  We added 6 youtube videos to a Mahara page - and set the blocks to be
  retractable.

  The videos on iOS played back the audio but not the video, and then
  randomly worked.

  On android, windows and OSX all browsers worked.

  We edited the blocks and un-checked retractable.

  The videos on the page then worked on iOS as well.
