  Logout users with image src

Bug description:
  When users visit a page with an image requesting the logout link, they
  will be logged out.

  [img]http://master.dev.mahara.org/?logout[/img] as BBCode, or
  <img src="http://master.dev.mahara.org/?logout"; /> in journal entries

  Replicable on master.dev.mahara.org, simply visit my profile
