The texts "SmartEvidence" and "Connection manager" cannot be translated
because they seem not be part of the langpack.

The submenu *Connection manager" in *Administration -> Web Services ->
Connection manager* cannot be translated

The submenu *SmartEvidence* in *Administration -> Plugin ->
SmartEvidence* cannot be translated.
