  installing plugins not showing success response correctly

Bug description:
  Regression in 15.10

  On the admin/extensions/plugins.php page on installing a new plugin it
  returns the success response but does not update the background for
  the item from red to green and nor does it move the item to the top of
  the installed list.

  Will add fix for this regression
