  Installing mahara Admin bar at the top covers writing under it

Bug description:
  Hi all,

  I pulled a patch, installed mahara, as I went to do it the bar at the
  top is covering some writing under it. The page is scrollable but that
  bar stays fixed at the top covering the writing under it.

  I've added a picture because this is really hard to word.
