  A small green bobble appears when you refresh a page the second time

  Version: 15.04 only
  Browser: Firefox

  When you refresh a mahara page the second time, you will see a small
  green bobble next to the page title in about one second. This bobble
  then disappear quickly. This is a part of the feedback switcher.
