Thanks for the additional info, Lilian. I marked it as duplicate. Your
explanation around wanting to open up discussions from a smaller group
to a wider one sold me most as that is the only thing you can't do right
now with the current setup.

Bug description:
  It should be nice for a group admin to create subgoup in his own group.
  In that way, He'll be able to create forum discussion only reserved to a sub group or folder/files restricted to sub group
