Bug description:
  if we have these values in config.php

  $cfg->productionmode = true;
  $cfg->nocache=false;
  $cfg->log_warn_targets = LOG_TARGET_SCREEN | LOG_TARGET_ERRORLOG;

  
  Following error shows up in Content screen:
