Message #41040
[Bug 1669236] [NEW] Some elements of groups not respecting the expired date in group settings
Public bug reported:
When testing a fix for the expiry date picker in the group config form I
noticed there were a few places where the rule was not being respected.
Currently when a group is expired a user with 'member' role can't
add/edit pages, collections - they can't change sharing rules etc
But now that we have added group journals we need to have them respect
the rules as well
This patch will hide the create/edit/delete buttons for Journal things
** Affects: mahara
Importance: Medium
Status: In Progress
