[Bug 1668888] Re: Keep page editing buttons on all editing screens of a page

There are still quite a few changes to be made that we won't be able to
finish in the 17.04 release schedule. We can pick it back up early on in
the 17.10 release cycle.

** Changed in: mahara
    Milestone: 17.04.0 => 17.10.0

Title:
  Keep page editing buttons on all editing screens of a page

Status in Mahara:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  When you move between "Edit title and description", "Edit layout",
  "Edit content", "Select skin" of a page, you jump between different
  pages. "Share page" takes you off to another section and you can't go
  back to the edit screen easily.

  The suggested functionality keeps the main buttons available at all
  times so it is seen more as moving between different sections of the
  editing area rather than entering new pages.
