  Use custom site name for LTI

Status in Mahara:

Bug description:
  Currently, Mahara 17.04dev uses the Mahara site's name as name to
  display in the Canvas navigation when including the LTI plugin. It
  would be better if it used the name that an admin enters manually in
  the configuration in order to have more freedom in what is to be
  displayed.
