  Artefact display page showing owner's name to anonymous viewer

Bug description:
  We hide the page owner's name when viewing the page anonymously but we
  fail to hide their name on the artefact display page.

  Will need to take the same check we do on view/view.php page and apply
  it to the artefact/artefact.php page
