Title:
forum notification mails sent to system user

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Notifications on new forum comments are sent to the mahara root user
(ID=0). This appeared after a Mahara upgrade. The current version is
  16.04.3.

Update: The system user in mahara has the default address
root@xxxxxxxxxxx. Now that the mahara instance sends out mails to an
inexistent address, it would get blacklisted by the networks mail
"watchdog". This could turn into a bigger problem for the mahara
application, as all mails would get blocked.

To reproduce this problem, change the root@xxxxxxxxxxx email address
in the mahara DB to a real address so you receive the mails sent
  there.
