  Account settings sub menus not shown in mobile in 16.10

Bug description:
  This is due to their submenu not being part of the normal menu/submenu
  system

  I've added a check for menus that begin with 'settings/' and add a
  class related to this so the submenu does not get hidden on small
  screens
