We should figure out a way to display the full collection and page
description in the "My portfolios" block as well as the new "Pages and
collections" screen if the description is very long and doesn't fit into
the available space.

The collection description is plain text whereas the page description
isn't and thus could contain a whole lot more than just text.

I would not turn the collection description field into TinyMCE anymore
as we don't need the description to contain content like in the past for
pages to allow for ta top banner.

Possibilities are:

- Hover over the description and show the full description
- little chevron to expand it (wouldn't really work on "Pages and collections" though)
- ?
