  Navigating to fonts  in admin throws an error

Bug description:
  Version: 17:04
  Browser: Chrome, FF

  Steps to Reproduce:

  1) Login as admin
  2) Navigate to Administration> configure site> fonts

  Result: Warning message is displayed as below but if the config file
  has $cfg->skins = true; it doesnt throw an error and if set to false
  it throws the same error.
