  Bring back "Display this page" button

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In bug 1688416 the "Return to pages and collections" button was added,
  but unfortunately the "Display page" button removed. It is required
  though for long pages and should be brought back and sit to the left
  of the "Return to pages and collections" button as used to be the case
  for group pages.
