Yes, that is the "Tagged journal entries" block. I'll leave this open as
wishlist item though right now I don't know how best to incorporate it
with the current UI without it becoming confusing and too technical.

There is an easy work around for it: Add a second block on the page in
which all journal entries with the "OR" term are displayed. It may not
be exactly what you want, but it would allow you to put both onto the
page.

  Keywords in blocks with boolean OR

Bug description:
  As I understand it, when tagging keywords in a block to show specific
  articles, these keywords only work with boolean AND / NOT.

  But if I want to have articles fitting a collection, I believe 'OR'
  would be the right way to do it.

  Maybe there is some workaround ?
