  doubled up functionality in nav tests.

Bug description:
  It looks like /test/behat/features/admin/random_clicking.feature is just a subset of
  /test/behat/features/view/menu_navigation.feature

  Make sure there's nothing extra in random_clicking.feature, and if
  not, delete it.
