  Can't select collections to export

Bug description:
  Mahara 17.04+

  Main menu -> Portfolio -> Export

  Potentially a JavaScript regression: When selecting to export
  collections, I can't actually see them and the other menu options
  become unresponsive.

  1. Create a collection with 2 pages.
  2. Select the HTML export and go from "All data" to "Some of my pages" -> you can select pages. Select "Some of my collection".

  Expected result: You can see your collection.
  Actual result: No collection is shown and suddenly all options become unavailable to be selected and also switching to Leap2A does not make them selectable.
