Public bug reported:

When a user has set to receive emails from new forum posts and receives
one of these emails, at the end of it there is a link 'Unsubscribe from
this forum', or 'Unsubscribe from this topic' if the user is not
subscribed to the forum but to a particular topic.

When she/he clicks on it, it goes to the Mahara site homepage,
unsubscribes the user from the forum and only displays a message 'Forum
unsubscribed successfully'.

As anyone that has the link can unsubscribe the user, we need to also
send an email to the user to notify that he/she has been unsubcribed.
