Public bug reported:

To test:

1) Login as admin and go to their settings page
2) Turn on 'Multiple journals' and save
3) Go to their Content -> Journals and create 2 new journals 'Cats' and 'Dogs';

4) In Portfolio create a page and add the first new journal to it, eg
'Cats'

5) Create a group with 'Allow submissions' turned on

6) Submit the page to the group

7) Go to their Content -> Journals again

You should see the brokenness of 'Dogs' journal nested inside 'Cats'
journal

  To test:

  1) Login as admin and go to their settings page

  3) Go to their Content -> Journals and create 2 new journals 'Cats' and 'Dogs';
