  broken style in choose layout screen

Bug description:
  steps to reproduce:

  Go to Pages and Collections
  Press 'Add' and select 'Page'
  In this screen follow these steps:
   1. Uncollapse 'Layout' panel
   2. Collapse 'Basic' panel
   3. Uncollapse 'Basic' panel

  Now check the 'Layout' panel content: the style gets broken as the
  attached image shows.
