Title:
  Pages and collections index  - the collection with 0 pages icon wrong
  colour

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The page icon shows in the link colour rather than grey - also has
  underline when hovering over it yet clicking it does nothing.

  This is in both the raw and raw_old themes

  Need to make it correct colour and stop underline / pointer cursor
  from showing on mouse over
