Hi John,

Can you please say which version of Mahara you are using and whether you
have a custom theme?

Can you please try uploading the Leap2A to the demo site at
https://demo.mahara.org and see if you run into the same error?

Title:
  Image artifact freezes.  Unable to upload ppt, videos or galleries,
  nor can I modify these that already exist.

Status in Mahara:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  After merging two accounts by exporting Leap2A file from one and
  importing to the other, user is unable to load artifacts on portfolio.
  Unable to upload ppt, videos or galleries, nor modify these that
  already exist.

  Log into user's account, open up portfolio, click on edit, add image,
  and it doesn't show up.  It freezes when click on the gear.  I can
  only add or delete the blocks.

  Only user that has imported Leap2A is experiencing the problems.  No
  other user or portfolio is causing issues.  User is no where near
  quota for files, only 411 MB worth.
