  saving empty annotation breaks tinyMCE

Bug description:
  To test:

  - Create a page
  - add an annotation
  - Click save without adding any text to it

  Expected result: 
  The modal window remains unchanged and only adds a message "This field is required."
  Actual result:
  The error message is displayed but the TinyMCE edit buttons disappear
