Title:
  Make SmartEvidence keyboard accessible

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1. Screen reader detects a table with 1 row and 1 column - this prevents user from navigating properly through the table cells
  2. There are clickable elements which don't seem to have text equivalents
  3. The interactive elements inside the SmartEvidence table are not keyboard accessible. Keyboard users should be able to tab to the elements and activate them with Space or Enter
