When going to the outbox when not in production mode I see this error

 [DBG] f7 (lib/web.php:1278) Missing file in theme raw, plugindir
module/multirecipientnotification: style.css

This is a leftover mistake from Bug 1721623

We need to remove the call to the removed stylesheet

We also need to remove the stylesheet for raw_old as well as the styles
are controlled by sass files now
